These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Polyton Works LLC ("the Company", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We sell trading cards and related collectibles. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices

Prices are provided individually via quotation or invoice. Prices do not include shipping costs, transaction fees, import duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal and Wise. Payment must be made at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Shipping

Orders will be shipped within:

• Japan: within 5 business days after payment confirmation
• International: within 10 business days after payment confirmation

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns due to customer preference.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund at our expense.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan.
