Payment & Pricing
What is the total amount I will need to pay?+
The total amount generally includes the product price and shipping fee.
Depending on your location and payment method, additional charges may apply, such as payment processing fees, customs duties, taxes, and courier handling fees.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept payments via Wise and PayPal.
Please note that PayPal payments incur a 5% processing fee.
What should I be aware of when using PayPal?+
When using PayPal, please make sure that the shipping address and other details registered in your PayPal account match your intended delivery information.
Orders paid via PayPal will be shipped to the address listed in your PayPal account.
Can I pay in my own currency?+
No. Payments can only be made in Japanese yen (JPY).
How can I secure the product and lock in the price?+
Once we receive your payment, the product will be reserved for you and the price will be fixed.
Please note that products are not secured until payment has been confirmed.
Do prices change daily?+
Yes. Prices follow market trends and may change within hours.
To secure the current price, please complete your payment promptly.
Why are cases priced higher?+
Cases often include exclusive, non-commercial items that are guaranteed to be authentic.
Because of this, case prices may be higher than individual product prices.
Customs & Taxes
How much are the customs duties?+
Customs duties vary by country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details, as it is difficult for us to provide accurate information for every country.
As a general reference:
- Europe: Duties and taxes are often around 20-25%.
- Australia: Packages valued under 1,000 AUD are usually duty-free, but GST or other fees may still apply.
- Singapore: Packages valued under 400 SGD may be below the customs duty or tax threshold, but GST or other fees may still apply depending on local regulations.
Please note that customs rules may change, and final charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country.
Who is responsible for paying customs duties?+
All customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Customs duties or taxes may be collected by the courier or customs authority upon delivery.
Can you declare a lower value for customs?+
No. We cannot declare a lower value for customs.
Declaring a lower value is illegal and considered customs fraud.
Products & Availability
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No, there is no minimum order quantity.
However, please note that shipping costs are relatively higher for small orders.
For better cost efficiency, we recommend ordering multiple items when possible.
Are products always available?+
Product availability may change quickly depending on market conditions, stock levels, and demand.
A product is not reserved until payment has been confirmed.

Do you offer domestic shipping within Japan or in-person handover?+
No. We do not offer domestic shipping within Japan or in-person handover.
We only ship internationally.

We mainly use the following international courier services:
- FedEx
- DHL
Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country, package size, product type, and shipping restrictions.
How long will delivery take?+
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays.
Depending on the product and order quantity, some items may require additional procurement time before shipment. This usually takes approximately 3-7 days.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
- FedEx: approximately 2-4 business days
- DHL: approximately 2-4 business days
Please note that customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, and logistics delays may affect delivery time.
Why are shipping fees higher than expected?+
Shipping fees may include surcharges, seasonal price adjustments, fuel surcharges, remote area fees, and optional services such as signature confirmation.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, package weight, package size, courier, and shipping method.
What information do I need to provide to place an order?+
Please provide the following shipping information:

Will I receive a tracking number?+
Yes. We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

When will my order be shipped?+

- Payment is received
- Shipment preparation is completed
We do not ship before payment is confirmed.
Can you reserve a product before payment?+
No. Products are only reserved after payment has been received.
Due to market price fluctuations and limited availability, we cannot guarantee product availability or pricing before payment confirmation.

We may not respond to incomplete inquiries, unsupported shipping destinations, or messages unrelated to our products.

The product and price are only secured after payment has been confirmed.
Can I cancel after payment?+
Cancellation may not be possible after payment has been confirmed, especially if the product has already been secured, prepared, or shipped.
Please confirm all details carefully before making payment.
Who is responsible for import restrictions?+
The buyer is responsible for confirming whether the product can be legally imported into their country.
If a package is delayed, rejected, returned, confiscated, or charged additional fees by customs, we may not be able to provide a refund.
